Why Red Mangrove Eco Adventures?
- Quality tours that respect our unique ecosystem – we go to enjoy, not destroy!
- Fun and educational at the same time
- We don’t touch, harass or chase the wildlife
- Our guides will explain, teach and share the wonder of Belize’s coral reefs and the local area without damaging them
- We are highly recommended by Rough Guide and Lonely Planet.
- We have well maintained equipment, including children's sizes, and prescription masks
- We have life jackets for all passengers on board and you can use these if you are less confident in the water. We also have children's life jackets available.
- Regularly work with educational and tour groups. Other groups are
kept small, always 12 or less, typically around 8 people.
- We can help you plan the rest of your trip - Free and friendly Tourist Information from our office
- We also sell International Bus and boat tickets, and local and Tikal flights
- We have a small gift and bookshop, book exchange and reference books for your use too.
- Our guides are trained (including first aid and CPR) and licensed, our boats are fully licensed and registered, and we carry a marine radio and cell phone for emergencies.
- Our tours are suitable for guests aged 8 (sometimes younger - please contact us to discuss) to 108 who can swim at least 50 meters unaided.
- If this is your first time snorkeling, please tell us so we can help you get used to the equipment. Plenty of extra life jackets and help are available if you are nervous!
